We have an exciting and unique hunt available, for this coming fall season in Extremadura, Spain.

We are offering a package for one week’s shooting and tourism which can be modified to suit your party's desires, as to number of days, number of partridges and number of guns. We have worked on the assumption of 10 guns, 3 days of driven partridge shooting, one day of driven big game (boar and deer) and one day of tourism to enjoy some of the many beautiful things to see in Extremadura.

The programme is as follows, or similar:

Monday: Arrival of the group at Barajas Airport (Madrid) where you will be met by us in order to help you clear customs and to bring you straight to your residence in Santa Marta de Magasa, central to the shooting grounds.

Once you have settled into your rooms (all en-suite and very comfortable) and rested if necessary, tea and/or drinks will be available. Then, dinner, coffee and open drinks cabinet until we carry out the draw of the butts for next day’s shooting. The bar will remain open at your disposal all evening.

On Tuesday morning a buffet type breakfast will be served at 08.30 and afterwards we leave for the shoot in our vehicles in order to have the first drive at approximately 10.00. We will have between 4 and 6 drives during the day.

At around 12.00 a refreshment (solid and liquid)will be served in the field, between drives and once these are over we return to the residence for drinks, dinner etc.

On Wednesday we repeat Tuesday’s programme.

On Thursday we suggest a day of touring the local area. You can choose among the sights, there are many extremely interesting and beautiful things to be seen eg. churches, castles, museums, towns, landscapes etc.

On Friday we repeat the driven partridge shooting programme.

On Saturday we shoot driven big game (boar and deer) in the nearby “montería”. No limit to number of animals shot. No trophy fee.

On Sunday, either tourism early on and then return to Madrid or straight to Madrid.

The price, per gun, for the package made up of 3 days driven partridges (400 per day), one day of tourism and one day of driven big game with no limit to the number of trophies, for a total of ten guns , arriving Madrid on Monday afternoon, leaving for Madrid on Sunday morning, including transport Madrid-Madrid and transport throughout your stay, also including full board and lodging, drinks, secretaries, cartridges, beaters, licences, and insurance is 7.450,00 euros (approx $9300) or, 74.500,00 euros for the whole group of ten guns. (30% deposit to be paid three months ahead of the first day of shooting).

Hunting season in Spain opens on October 10 and finishes on February 27, 2011.
