Eden is a well known high end PG operation in Namibia. They also have 2.5 million acres in Bushmanland called the NaJaqna Conservancy. This vast and sparsely populated country has a reputation for big elephant but it also has a good population of quite unsophisticated leopards.

Eden has 3 leopards on quota each year on NaJaqna. This year an early season hunter had bought a ele/leopard combo and shot his bull early in the hunt. Unseasonable heavy rains in the area just following the taking of the elephant effectively ended the hunt. Therefore there is a leopard still available for '13.

These leopard hunts are only 10 days reflecting Eden's confidence is their ability to get the leopard in the tree. This may also fit better for busy hunters not able to take the time for a longer hunt.

Some PG is available on NaJaqna such as steenbok, duiker, kudu, gemsbok, eland and giraffe but populations are spread thinly over this huge area. Eden itself is only about 2.5 hour from NaJaqna and a good variety of PG in good numbers can be hunted there on a trophy fee basis.
