Folks,

We just had 3 european hunters return last week from hunting a new area where they reported seeing lots of Tur. All three hunters shot Tur by day 3. One of them shot a very big one - over 35", which make the other Tur look small!

Getting there: From the United States fly to Istanbul, Turkey and then to Baku the capital of Azerbaidjan. There are also connecting flight from Paris, France.

Hunt Itinerary: After arrival in Baku, you will clear your rifle and drive about 8 hours to base camp where you will overnight. The following day you will climb/ride to spike camp which is at an altitude of roughly 3,000 meters. Horses are used to carry luggage and gear. You will hunt out of spike camp for five full hunting days before returning to base camp and back to Baku to catch your return flight. On arrival back in Baku you can check into a hotel (not included) before catching your early AM return flight.

Cost of hunt – including 1st Tur (any size):
1 hunter – $8,200
2 hunters – $ 7,700 /hunter
3 hunters+ – $ 7,200/hunter

Second Tur $2,400
Number of actual hunting days: Five

Cost of hunt includes:
• Gun import permit
• Welcome at Baku airport
• All travel within the country
• Full board and accommodation
• Local guides
• First preparation of trophies, salting of skins and boiling of skulls

Cost of hunt does not include:
• Board and Lodging in Baku on return trip
• Any Sightseeing
• Tips & Gratuities
• Personal expenses
• Cost of expediting and shipping of trophies in the event the trophies are not ready in time for you to take back with you, this can happen if an animal is taken on the very last day of the hunt.

1. Detailed hunt itinerary and list of items to bring will be provided when booking the hunt.
2. All prices quoted are in US Dollars
3. 50% deposit required to book the hunt and confirm your dates
4. Dates - Up to October

Folks not to put anyone off, but this is a hunt for fit people who are not afraid of steep mountains!

Great looking trophies and country-side. What airline would you recommend for the flight from Istanbul to Baku?
