Excellent price on a great hunt. Someone is going to get a steal on a big elephant.

I'd say, good price, but not excellent.
Problem is too many elephants hunts are overpriced. Kinda like a diamonds. Artificially kept high, considering overpopulation of elephants in so many African countries.
And you put CITES B.S., extreme greed of all African corrupted governments and all the so called civilized countries restrictions and you have all out mess.
Of course , that's just my humble opinion

HeyBoarkiller, don't throw cold water on someone else's idea of a good hunt at a good price. If you don't want it, fine, but don't crap all over it for someone else. And that's just MY humble opinion.

+1 why do people feel the need to piss on someone else parade ??
not all countries and outfits work on a CHEAP pricelist!!
Great price for the area and the experience. Good luck

agree with you all, it is just an opinion.
And I didn,t say it is a bad price, just not excellent.
THis is after all forum. I never bad mouth operators, just entities that made it hard for us hunters and operators alike to do things we like.
None of us are experts.

Keep on bumping it to the top boarkiller.

Sure you can go on cheaper hunts in other countries........

In my 5 day hunt I saw over 30 bull Elephant. Several that would make 50 lbs a couple over 50 lbs and shot one at 65 lbs. And one on the other side of the river that was in the 90 lb class.

No charter, no Gov't fees no sliding trophy fees, no BS, no trophy fees changing in the middle of your hunt, no worries about a "banned" list.

A solid PH that is really fun to hunt and spend time with, a good hard working staff.

Add the price of a charter flight, gov't taxes, area fees and park fees and it's really in line. Plus you are not looking for a 35lbr here, there are BIG bulls to hunt!

It's all about supply and demand. The market dictates the
Price. It is all about capitalism....I would love to have a Ferrari but can't make it happen.
When I see someone driving one... I say good for you....I may be really jealous.....but that fuels me to try my best to try to achieve it. 30k to get a nice Jumbo is a lot of money..but worth very dime
