The reason why I am bringing this to your attention is that I have prime dates available in the month of July 2024, I also have a time slot in the second part of September2024.

This is the current advertised price for the Safari.

BAIT, BLIND - LEOPARD HUNT 1 X 1 - minimum 14 days
14 days @ USD$ 850.00 per day = USD$ 11 900.00
2% levy on total daily rate = USD$ 238.00
Value added tax on accommodation = USD$ 140.00
Vehicle transfer fee - Bulawayo/Camp/Bulawayo = USD$ 1 000.00
Leopard Trophy fee = USD$ 6 500.00
4% levy on Leopard Trophy Fee = USD$ 260.00

TOTAL VALUE OF SAFARI = USD$ 20 038.00

EXTRA COSTS ON THE ABOVE HUNT
Parks Ranger fee USD$ 50.00 per day
Cities Tag Leopard USD$ 200.00

BAITING
Baits - as these are communal areas we can use livestock for baits, the best bait is obviously cows.
Basically, running around USD$ 500 - USD$ 600 per beast (5 baits, plus good solid drag and scent contents)

PREBAITING
Is an option at USD$ 300.00 per day - minimum 5 days prior to hunt , plus bait costs.
Buffalo cow is available for bait - cost USD$ 2 000.00 ( 5 baits, plus good solid drag and scent contents)
Kudu cow is available for bait - cost USD$ 800.00 ( 5 baits, plus good solid drag and scent contents)
Impala female is available for bait - cost USD$ 150.00 ( 1 bait, plus good solid drag and scent contents)

Plus, any extra animals taken for trophy fees whilst hunting.

I am somewhat negotiable on the pricings for this hunt as I would obviously like to sell the hunt. I consider July prime dates for the Leopard and would deem this a total waste if we do not utilize this permit and dates.

This hunt can be combined with a Buffalo Bull or a Tuskless Elephant for trophy fees.
Buffalo Bull Trophy fee USD$ 5 000.00
4% levy on Buffalo trophy fee USD$ 200.00
Tuskless Elephant Trophy fee USD$ 5 000.00
4% levy on Tuskless Elephant trophy fee USD$ 200.00

Or both the Buffalo Bull and Tuskless Elephant can be added, however, a few more days would have to be added onto the hunt to have a fair chance to hunt all species.
