If you like to plan in advance, and you want a fabulous coastal brown bear hunt, with food / accommodations fit for a King - this is it!

Hunters stay aboard a floating lodge, the 60' "Profit", while stalking the shorelines, looking for the ever elusive brown bear. 8' - 9' bears are common, with a chance for something bigger. Whale and dolphin sightings are common, always a chance to see Orcas too. I've done this hunt myself - it was a lot of fun, and I took a 9' 3" brownie.

Easy hunt physically - anyone can do it!

The hunt is great, the company is great - and the scenery of SE Alaska is spectacular!

Where would you fly to and is there a charter flight required to get to the boat.

Sitka, Alaska is arrival point. Depending on the hunt date, it could be necessary to take the charter flight - but not always. Sometimes the hunter can go out with the boat too - so we would need to talk specifically about the hunt in question to be certain.

One of my clients just shot a 7' 9" black bear with this outfitter a week or so ago too.
