infinitoRe: Something Different if you've been to S.A. a lot....
Ladies and Gentleman,Here with something different for the total outdoors man. This is not a special discounted “cheap” deal. It is however something unique that not a lot of outdoorsmen have done.
Combo fishing and hunting holiday on the Cape Garden Route South Africa.
This adventure is offered for maximum three sportsmen and three observers.
The itinerary:
Arrival Day
Arrive at OR Tambo airport in Johannesburg. Clear customs and meet Infinito Safaris staff member. Proceed to SAPS office to clear your firearm. Infinito staff will assist you to domestic departures where you will get your connecting flight to George (2hours). On arrival at George you will be met by myself. After we get your gear we will drive to my house at the private holiday resort of Vleesbay. Settle in, relax and rest.
The rest of the tour will depend on the weather. We will hunt and fish as the weather allows us which do when.
The HUNTING part will be conducted in the Hermanus area of the Western Cape. We will spend 5 days down this way to hunt for Grey rhebuck, (record book trophies), Bontebok, Cape Grysbok, Fallow Deer, etc.
The hunting is done mostly on OPEN range farm land. This hunt is a MUST for trophy hunters looking for a top Grey Rhebuck. Hunt on foot, and long shots of 250-300m can be expected. It is one of the best hunts I have been on, ever.
Trophy fees:
Grey Rhebuck - $950.00
Cape Grysbok - $550.00
Cape Bushbuck- $850.00
Fallow Deer - $500.00
The FISHING part will be done from Vleesbay where we will go after species like Cob, rock cod, Garrick, tuna, yellow tail, and many more in the ocean. Rock and Surf for Cob, Garrick, Musselcrackers and Sharks. Tidal rivers for spotted grunters, Garrick and cob.
The fishing from our 18ft Boat Infinito is very specialized. We are one of the only countries in the world to offer specialized surf launches, putting the boat to sea from the sand. This in itself is a very big adventure.
I am a fully qualified Skipper and trained by the Marine Skippers academy in the art of Surf Launching.
Accommodation:
Our house at Vleesbay is as good as you can get. Comfortable leather sofas, Tv’s, pool table, bar, big veranda, etc. Our staff will treat you with drinks and some of the best food you can get. You even have a small library and and a mini bar in your room!
