Thank you. Have killed a lot of good cats in this country over the years

This is a great deal and I might have to do it. I did one around Alpine for my spring break of my senior year in college (21 years ago).

No, I didn’t want to go to beaches or anything like that. I went with 3 buddies and our guide was, unbeknownst to us, one of the best cat hunters in the world, Rocky McBride. I think we paid even more, maybe $400 each. That was a lot of beer money for us back then, but much more fun than any Cancun trip. We all got a collared peccary.

It was a long drive from Fort Worth and we were in my 2500 Suburban with a 454, but well worth it. We did enjoy a great dinner at Reata in Alpine. On the way back we goofed around at the Monohans Sand Dunes.

Muley, I might see if I can recreate ‘Fandango’ with my buddies and find Dom. I’ll let you know.

Sounds like a plan! Not much has changed in these parts since you came out.
