Kamo GariThanks for the response. What's the story with taking birds back (USA)? Do they have to be skinned, or can you ship frozen carcasses? Do you have people on that end for that kind of work, assuming the former is required?

Sir,
I apologies for my late answer.
This is a premium package. Yes, we have people that can do this kind of work and it is included in the price.I do not like to add a small fee which may increase the cost of hunt. It is legal to take back the hunted birds with you, but .... you will shoot a lot of birds. They can weigh up to 80 kg. For every hunter!
In Romania, the rules are not so drastic as in Central America. Anyway tomorrow I will talk with authorities and will post their official response. Both for eating birds as well as those of taxidermy. You can not put the birds for eating with those for taxidermy in the same luggage.
Now, for english name of the birds...You can google the Latin names that I put! But...atention, are two picture. One with eight birds (first picture) and one with nine birds (third picture). Please tell what picture do you mean. The hunter who give here first correct answer for both pictures WINS 3 DAYS OF DUCKS HUNTING IN ROMANIA FOR FREE IN OCTOBER 2011. ONE HUNTER AND ONE OBSERVERS! ALL INCLUSIVE!!!!

NortonLooks like KG is on the case......is that a Freckled duck in that bottom pic, last on the right?
And BTW, putting hens in the picture to ID is just pure evil.

I think my ID on the hen that seems to have its feathers plucked from the neck is wrong. The bill is too yellow to be a hen pintail.
I bet collector could nail these on the first try.

WebsterWhat would be the average # of ducks taken on a given hunt? And geese? Morning and evening hunts?
23 August 2010, 01:36
Unforgetable HuntingSir,
I can not tell you the average for a day but I assure you that you will shoot at least 10 ducks daily and for geese the minimum is 20 per day. Morning, evening and ...day time hunt with dogs for ducks in romanian style hunt that will surely be a surprise for american hunters.
