We have decided to open a few spots this year for Trophy Desert Muledeer as well as a few Mgmt hunts. This Ranch is on Texas' MLD program and is over 60,000 acres of prime Presidio County ranch. From softly rolling grassland, juniper covered hills, volcanic rock mountains and canyons this ranch has produced countless bucks over 160"+(80%) and many more in the 170-180 range at typically at least 1 over 190 every year since we've hunted this ranch. Although the drought has been hard on everyone we have managed to keep our deer healthy with hundreds of miles of water lines and troughs as well as mineral, hay, salt ect. available to them through these hard times. We are going to be very conservative this year and only offer 5-6 trophy hunts and 4-5 mgmt hunts. This ranch is absolutely beautiful and has a very nice lodge looking over a giant canyon as well.Our Rut usually starts around December 15th. This is the real deal for Big West Texas Muleys!!!
These hunts will include:
1 Trophy or Management Muledeer Buck
3 fully guided hunting (2x1)or (1x1) {groups of 3 or more will be (2x1)1-2 hunters will be (1x1)}
4 nights lodging
Caping and Quartering and/or delivery to local taxidermist.
Transportation around ranch.
Unlimited Predators
Our MGMT hunts will take place after the first weekend in November to the second weekend in December (December 9th) and our Trophy hunts will take place in December(10th-January 6th).
We normally have these hunts priced at $4495/pp
but for AR MEMBERS ONLY we will give the option of :

$3995 Hunt Fee
plus
$0.00 Kill Fee MGMT Buck (guides choice)
(typically anything without double splits or missing g4's)AVG 135-160" B&C gross

Well we got 4" of rain last week so and I visited the ranch yesterday and everything is turning green and still plenty of forage and brush with lots of leaves. The old ranchhand claims to still be seeing some real good bucks just not as many deer overall. Not to mention lots of aoudad in July! Looks to be a good start for year will make for a great hunt this fall. We still have 2-3 trophy spots left and 3-4 management hunts.

I kind of would too. No offense Bar B, but if you're gonna make claims like that you need to be able to post 'em up. I haven't seen one yet. I've got 3 190+ and so does my neighbor hunting buddy. I know what they look like.

Sorry bro, but no backs and short forks don't make a 190. The buck in the last pic will do well to make 180. Nice buck for sure.

Well good news! West Texas has been getting some good rain lately so hopefully the drought is over and with everything greening up were sure to take some good deer this year! We're also accepting bookings for the 2013 season1
