This hunt offer is for a fantastic combination of big Crocodile and Hippo. The accommodation will be in nice safari camp with excellent food and attention to detail. The PH has been hunting the area for a number of years and has truly had phenomenal success with big crocs and hippo, Bow or Rifle. If you are looking for either, you will have a difficult time beating the success and trophy size that this outfitter has achieved consistently, not to mention the price.

Crocodile = Out of the fourteen crocodiles taken in the 2012 season, the average length was a staggering 14.6 feet! That is a truly phenomenal figure. If you are after a giant crocodile, you have found the right place.

Hippo = With the sheer number of hippo in the Cahora Bassa, you are sure to take a great Hippo. In 2012, the largest hippo was a monstrous 31". (as of this time, Hippo are not-exportable but all of the information we have received indicates that this will be rectified shortly. If for any reason the Hippo is not exportable by the date of the hunt, the price will be deducted from the package).

Some of those pictures look like they are from the camp of Carel and Anita Maartens. If that is the case, not sure what is up with that. Perhaps I am mistaken, but the dining area and fire pit look awfully familiar.

That is indeed Carel came. Peit Otto has done some booking for Carel in the past. The last pic of the bigg hippo bull is one of my clients- Piet if you want a few more pics just ask!!! No jokes aside Piet is a good guy and it goes with out saying that when there you will be well looked after!

It is the Maartens camp but Piet has had a long time association with them and the area and is allowed to continue hunting. Great relationships all around.
