We're traveling to Windhoek in April - checking bags and guns in Atl on a Delta flight, connecting through JFK and picking up SAA there then heading to Joburg; and finally on to Windhoek also via SAA. Roughly 5hr layover in Joburg but no overnight. Does anyone have any experience with how the connection works in JFK and Joburg and how (IF!) our guns will ever find us in Namibia? We're traveling on one ticket all the way through.
