I just got off the phone with my travel agent and the story goes like this. I'll be hunting in South Africa this spring. I'll be first arriving in Johannesburg and then go on to Kimberly.

I had wanted to take a handgun and a rifle for hunting. According to my agent, Airlink (apparently affiliated with South African Airways), the only airline servicing Kimberly, will not transport handguns. Is this true and is there a way around this problem?
