I have a friend who works in finding people to work for other companies.

He says so many young are bent on how much FREE time they can get in their prospective job, and how much bonus!!

A couple of years ago I was hiring for an administrative assistant (secretary) and the first question out of one young applicant's mouth was "Can I play my video games when work is slow?"

Cause: Mom and Dad telling her how special she is!
Weak and Stunted. Not just women either!

Have to agree. Her parents failed her. And many parents have failed kids her age.

If you go to a site like Reddit, which is very "young". There is a forum for a line of work I did at the start of my career. It's clear MANY of the posters had no concept of what real work was. Tears, depression, anxiety, PYSD, health problems you name it. I worked in these settings for 13 years and never heard of such tragedy.

When I finished school I went straight into labouring in a steel works. Went round on a bus dropping people off at their new work site, amazingly a number didn’t turn up again the next day!
