Where do they put the 2 People that were sitting in those seats before they make the bed? Most flights I have been on were Sold Out.

Air New Zealand has had this for years. It's called a "Sky Couch" and it will actually sleep two people. Basically, two people pay for the whole row of three seats at a discount.
