The wife and I are spending 3 days in Dubai on the way to Botswana for a hunt with Tholo Safaris. Found this site while looking for things to see and do. Of note, see the picture of the 2 lady cops and their cars- a Ferrari and a Lamborghini!

When are you in Dubai?

Exact dates not finalized but the plan is arrival the evening of 14 Sept from Orlando and departure evening of 17 Sept. Will finalize dates in the next 2 weeks

Jdollar--Bloomsberry's I think it is sells a $1007 cupcake. Try a couple and give us a report. You can google worlds most expensive cupcake and find them.

I am still trying to talk myself into staying at the Burj al Arab hotel. I must say, though, it is cheaper than the photo safari camps in the Okavango Delta.

If you are able to visit Saeed, please fire off the T-Rex and post the video. I am curious what would happen with someone that uses proper form.

Why would I want to injure my shoulder before a safari? I remember the video of the very large bloke from SA firing the beast and getting rocked ! No thanks.

What you see are people who have no idea how to hold a rifle.

We have very young boys here who shoot it like any of us shoots a 458 Winchester Magnum.

No problems at all.

I have a friend with a Trex I refuse to shoot unless he lets me load the ammo I am going to shoot.

I think he like inflicting pain on others.

If the good doctor does come over I will load him one of my special loads!

It gives the shoulder a sort of physiotherapy, getting him ready for his African Safari!
