As a first-timer to Africa I was totally inexperienced in making these sorts of travel arrangements. Steve & Susan make it easy - they were efficient, available, very helpful with my newbie questions and extremely easy to deal with throughout. And although I've real frame of reference for comparisons, I would heartily recommend them based on my experience.

Just returned from Zimbabwe. Very smooth trip thanks to Steve Turner. Last minute change required due to the Runway Lights not working in Harare. Steve got my Tickets changed so I would overnight at the Afton House. They were waiting for me on arrival and got me thru SAPS in good time. Took me back to the Airport the next morning and got me on the way again.
