After several attempts, we were able to get some flight upgrades for our trip to TZN on the 31st. Initially, we were booked in business class all the way to Dar es Salaam. Then, a minor conflict caused us to have to make a schedule change. That led to losing our business class seats. Now I've been advised that we have been upgraded on four of the six legs of our travel. That makes me very happy
