I've used Explorer Statellite in the past with no problems, but was wondering if anyone has tried Verizon for Sat phone rentals?

Verizon Sat phones

Explorer is about $325/month for a 9555 rental...$1.99 per minute...not sure about incoming?

Verizon has the 9555 for $189 per month. $1.79 per minute...incoming free.

I also get an addition discount through my business for Verizon...but I'm only interested if their service is good.

Heym
When are you leaving? I've got an Iridium 9555 but it will be gone until the 27th of July. If your dates are after that, I'd loan it to you. All you would have to do is reload the minutes. There won't be many on it when I get back
PM me if you wish.

I am not sure they have their own satellite but I have tried all 3 major operators before.

INMARSAT, IRIDIUM and THURAYA.

All worked, all had issues sometimes.
