Curious if anyone is experiencing delays/no response from Emirates on firearms permission?

Their website application is broken...

It took way too many tries and about 2 hrs on the phone to find that out –

What you need to do is send an email with all your info to the NYC office (see what I sent in below) - nycrrek2@emirates.com

Don’t forget to attach the documents at the end as PDF files.
