Last time I went to Africa, the Tuff-Pak just traveled as any other piece of baggage would, as long as it was under 50lbs. Is this still the case?

Yes. It's actually over long, but gets an exception as Sporting equipment.

Many airlines do have an additional firearm charge now though.

Yes, check those extra fees. Todd Williams and his son were headed over last season and had a few connecting flights while there. All the fees (mostly SAS, I think) added up to what would have been a decent PG trophy fee if I recall.


I meant to be DSC Member...bad typing skills.
