If you have a stop in Paris for more than a few hours you may want to visit the Musee de la Chasse et de la Nature (Hunting and Nature Museum). My wife, kids and I were in Paris and visited on the recommendation of a non-hunting relative (who does not know that I am an avid hunter) who highly recommended the museum. I'd never heard of it before but we walked over from our hotel (about 10 minutes walk from Notre Dame Cathedral).

The museum is excellent and has a large trophy room, art gallery, and firearms display. There is information in English and French and the whole place is done very well. We spent a couple of hours there and could easily have spent more.

You can google the name to find the location and opening hours. Interestingly, the museum gets great reviews on Trip Advisor, not usually a hunting friendly website.

Well worth a visit if in Paris with a few hours to kill.
