Since there appear to be no non-stops from the U.S. to Cape Town, how do you prefer to get there from the U.S. West Coast?

From Portland flew Luftansa to Frankfurt; Frankfurt to Cape Town on SAA.

You can also try Portland to London and SAA from London to Cape Town. I'll be doing the London-Cape Town flight in early August as part of Star Alliance miles.

Believe that Delta also flies into Cape Town, but don't know if it's a direct flight from Atlanta or not...
