. Heathrow express into town, lunch at Simpsons on The Strand, walk over to Farlows on the Mall, Orvis store around the corner and a cab back to Paddington and the Express back to Heathrow. A bit more expensive than a day room maybe, but much more fun! . "Up the ladders and down the snakes!" | |||

First question would be, where are you coming from and where are you going to? Will your bags be checked right through to final destination? So many flights are delayed now you may not have 7 hours to go through Immigration and back. Business Class lounge is boring but may be a safer option. If your next flight is just to Scotland go to Sofitel. If to Dar es Salaam I would stay on the safe side. | |||
