In a couple of weeks, I am flying KLM to Tanzania. This morning, I received my Dutch Consent. The cover accompanying the consent instructs me to "attach" the form to the baggage containing my rifle and ammunition. In the past, I put copies of the consent in my gun case and duffle and carried another copy. Do I now need to attach the consent to the exterior of my gun case and duffle? I am not excited about doing this because the consent has information such as my passport number.
