Most of my .25 - 33 cal rifles have an adjustable cheek weld and adjustable length of pull. They are painted or cerakoted green / brown. Therefore they look more military than hunting to your average uneducated person. So does anybody have any experience staking these to RSA and Zim?

Last year, in Zimbabwe, I didn't have any trouble taking a custom stocked .416 into and out of Harare. Although mine does not have the adjustable cheek piece, it looks almost tactical and is the same color you describe. I wouldn't worry about it.
