No, not big enough for human hippos. Hopefully, they will expand this service to include DFW to Harare or Joburg and increase flight frequency. Business class has become pretty expensive (but still worth it) and Emirates is by far the most comfortable/accommodating airline we’ve flown. Karl Evans

Reports on the Net this morning are warning that air ticket prices are going up. I really think individuals who Mike talks about should travel by container ship!

Emirates Business Class flights DFW/JNB have been a pleasure and the ground amenities/services were exceptional. However, I do miss the in-flight lounge on the A380. Being old, wide in the shoulders, and large in girth I am not sure the upgraded economy would be a good experience for me. Before trying this service I would definitely look into the current ground amenities for both classes. The last time I flew Emirates Business Class the "free" limo service to/from the airport, hotel accommodations in Dubia, meals in Dubia, premium airport lounges, etc did add a great deal of value to Business Class.

If you are a Business Class traveler, you don’t want to go lower. Air travel has become such a hassle, paying extra for First or Business with all the help one gets is certainly worth it if you can afford it.

I can endure on short flights. Waiting to go first on air miles has been a limiting factor on my trips to Africa. This time I am going over on Qatar business class and I understand that is better than BA first. DSC Life Member NRA Life Member

Qatar operates a proper airline. BA is called BLOODY AWFUL AIRLINE for a very good reason! I refuse to fly BA!
