I am getting ready to do my annual Maine bear hunt. I always fly into and out of Bangor. For some reason every time I fly out of Bangor something turns up missing. On the first trip I lost a two speed loaders with case. On the last trip I lost a set of camouflage clothes and two large sized TSA locks. Anyone else fly through there and lose things? BH63, Bangor is a pretty small airport. There can't be that many baggage handlers. I think I would start with the airline you flew on and complain heartily. Mark MARK H. sorry about your experiences.....I have never flown out of Bangor but have learned that if it's really important, I UPS some things to myself at the destination I'm going to. Most of this can return as baggage as I can have the luxury of time once I return home. This includes firearms as some airlines don't have a clue about their own policies. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." Everything arrives okay. It is my return flight where things go missing. One big difference is that on my return flight I always get there about 2 or 3 hours early. Maybe I am giving idle hands too much time to inspect my things? BH63 Hunting buff is better than sex! | |||
