Looks like I have a 6 hour layover at JNB before coming back to the States via Delta to ATL.

Any recommendations on an airline lounge, and what the cost would be?

If you are flying SAA I recommend the Ortia lounge (sic?) Great accomodations and the ability to freshen up and grab a bite before take off. Free to Platinum members, fee payable depending on your travel rate.

The Bidvest lounge is also a good option. Facing the "Out of Africa" gift shop it's up the stairs to you left. Cost is arounf $30.
