It really is becoming ridiculous how often this seems to happen.

I have not seen it on the plane, but have seen people arguing with ground staff in a very rude manner.

They never got what they wanted.

Sometimes one meets an idiot at the check in.

Being polite, and asking for someone higher up, generally gets results.

Disgusting behavior.

Did you see how many of them were not even masked!

I need to find a safe space.

I don't understand the insult:

One of the men can then be seen turning towards a passenger behind him wearing a blue Stone Island jumper and calling him a 'grass'.

Had some North Sea offshore oilfield workers act up on a KLM flight a number of years back. The flight attendants suddenly got surly, quit serving alcohol and whatnot. Turned out these guys were just drunk and acting out, but affected the entire flight. They were led off in handcuffs before we were allowed to leave the plane.
