TERMS & CONDITIONS:

BOOKING PERIOD: The special fare is open for sale effective July 12, is applicable for new bookings only, and qualify for travel during the following travel periods.

TRAVEL DATES:

DEPARTURES FROM USA: From October 5th, through to December 6th, 2007.

MINIMUM STAY : 5 days.

MAXIMUM STAY: 12 months or within the Computer Reservation System range.

STOPOVERS: One free stopover permitted in Johannesburg and one at JFK or Washington (US Gateway) in each direction.

ADD-ON U.S. CITIES: U.S. city add-ons are allowed at additional costs. Please ask for details.

FREQUENT FLYER MILES: Voyageur or Star Alliance mileage may be accrued as per respective participating programs; however bonus awards upgrade are not permitted.

CLASS OF SERVICE: Seat availability is capacity controlled and must be available at time of reservation. No wait-listing permitted.

TICKET PURCHASE : Tickets must be paid for and issued within 5 days of booking. Reservations will automatically cancel if not ticketed.

CANCELLATIONS: At any time before departure $350.00 ($225 for children). After departure and/or no show the ticket is non- refundable and non-upgradeable.

CHANGES: Before departure change in reservations will incur a charge of $300.00 ($225 for children). After departure each change will also incur a charge of $300.00 ($225 for children). In both instances, routing changes are not permitted and the minimum and maximum travel restrictions will apply.

TICKETED PASSENGERS: For tickets already issued for travel during this period, South African Airways is not allowing any reissues or refunds. Karell Travel has no control over this issue.

PASSENGERS HOLDING RESERVATIONS BUT NOT YET TICKETED: Karell Travel will contact you if your travel dates qualify for this special fare. This will require us to cancel your existing reservation and rebook your flights subject to availability.
