Boy, if I could afford to send you, I'd be out of here myself.

Here's the deal:

Last March, I was taking a notebook computer as a gift to someone in Harare, but when I got to Afton Guest House and saw Louis' condition, I gave it to him so that he could have a little window to the world during his last weeks.

I just need to find someone with a 10"x10"x1" and 2 pound space in their luggage to get a replacement to the originaly planned donee.

I'll be back in Zim in September, but am traveling through Vic Falls and it's a pain to try to get a package from VFA to Harare.

So, anyone have a bit of space in their carry-on. The recipient will pick it up at the airport so you won't have to tote it around once you get to Zim.

I'm going end of August into September, if your September plans flop, let me know & we'll see what we can work out..

Thank you folks so much. It's a long story involving FedEx trying to send an overnight to Alaska by land????, the kindness of several people and a bunch of PM's, but with Saeed's help (He's the best!)... like I said, "long story"... the delivery should be made this week!
