Mark up is 2000% over government pricing.

One company run by an Indian labor council member which does remote testing, sends negative results without testing.

india facility is much bigger and professional than a strip mall office near universal studio. labor is minimal. in florida one person did the test and I had to wait 1.5 hrs past appointment time.

dubai the test is sub $20. harare $60.

a pcr test is available for free in us.

its only the rt-pcr that some airlines require that has this mark up.

Some countries are using this as a cash cow.

A passenger, who is vaccinated, and has a negative test, HAS to take a quick test on arrival, and pay for it!

Back to topic. I leave next Tuesday and have to get tested between 9 and 1:00 p.m. Saturday. No flexibility there. My daughter graduated from U of H last year, but due to COVID, the graduation ceremony was on-line, but they were going to have a real one later. They chose the one window I need to get my COVID test. This sucks but I need to get the test or it costs me $100,000. I attended the timely ceremony, this is just the one where they actually walk and have the mortarboards and tassels and such. Am I a bad parent?
