Does a US citizen need a visa to go to Namibia? Do you get it at the airport?

Yes you need a visa. We got ours at the airport last year and it was painless. I don't recall if there was a fee which probably means it was small or free. Don Trust only those who stand to lose as much as you do when things go wrong.

As Steve's information indicates, all that is required of U.S. citizens staying less than 90 days is a valid U.S. passport (if you look suspicious, they might also want to see your ticket back out of the country within 90 days.) Be sure to have your form 4457 (and extra copies) with you and the name and address of where you are staying within the country if you are carrying guns.

Don, It wasn't completely painless; what did it cost? It was unneccessary.
