No leadership would be better than this administration of fools, unable to learn, and unwilling to admit their mistakes and change policy.

The testing for entry into the US is stupid and adds basically no value.

I think most republicans and democrats both support ending the testing.

Go Duke!!

There is NO scientific or medically sound reasoning for continuing this testing…zero! The same people are in charge of this decision making process now as have been all along. This should give you all pause to consider many of the decisions these people made along the way. Follow the science!? My ass!!!

I made it back home. Ireland and Portugal were fun but I caught a chest cold about a week into the visit and was afraid that it was Covid. I'm still not over it.

We took our Covid tests about 5 PM the day before we were supposed to fly home and the test site was supposed to email us within three hours of testing but never did. We went back the testing site at the airport at 6 AM before our 10 AM flight to find a whole group of people trying to get their results for the flight that day. The testing people told us that we must have put our email addresses down incorrectly. There were like 20 people trying to get their results and we all did that?

What a pain in the butt!

Yep, I just got the email alert and came to post it.

BREAKING: U.S. To Drop Covid Testing For Incoming International Air Travelers
The Biden administration will drop pre-departure COVID-19 international air testing requirements effective Sunday at 12:01 a.m. after heavy lobbying from airlines and the travel industry.

The Biden administration will announce on Friday that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will no longer require pre-departure COVID-19 testing for travelers coming to the United States after it determined based on the science and data that this requirement is no longer necessary.

Sometimes it takes a sledgehammer to kill a fly.

The blatant incompetence of the agencies who impose the rules is flabbergasting.
