Going to Lusaka 9/4 do I need to smuggle a box out of Texas? Last couple of trips I wasn't able to find Cuban cigars at the airport. Or can anyone recommend any reputable cigar merchants in Lusaka? They are usually supplied by agents and are picked up in Amsterdam when connecting with a KLM flight to their African destination.  PHs are not known to be in the pimping business. | |||
