Another Emirates question

I'm working on my app. to bring firearms with me to SA and Zim via Dubai. The app. wants a firearms license number. Both the application and the fella I spoke to at Emirates said a license is mandatory and I must have one.

Firearms licenses are not required in Alaska but the gent at Emirates did not understand that.

Any suggestions?
