I have flown with firearms on Emirates several times, although not for a few years. Last time I remember getting a form from Emirate Group Security to show during travel. I applied online, and got an email approval to carry firearms on my flight. I just got the email, not official form or anything else. I responded asking for confirmation paperwork and they sent the same email again. For those that have flown recently, did you have approval paperwork from Emirates, or just the email confirmation? ----------------------------------------- "I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. -Henry David Thoreau, Walden

Print it and carry it with you. That is what we do every year. And hardly anyone asks for it anyway.

Thanks Saeed. ----------------------------------------- "I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. -Henry David Thoreau, Walden

What Saeed says except at DFW they ask for the approval email and add it to their package with copy of passport, copy of 4457 and copy of outfitter invite letter, this from this past May. Been that way in previous years, too, but I imagine other airports could have different policies. Karl Evans
