We will arrive Dubai around 7:30 pm for a overnight layover. We will be staying near the airport however we do not want to limit the restaurant by only our location. How late do the fine dining restaurants stay open on Monday and Tuesday nights, last seating? I imagine we will want a 9pm dinner.

We would enjoy experiencing some of the local cuisine. What are some local seafood items we should order? Anyone have any experience or recommendations? We do not mind taking a cab to get to a great restaurant . Also after dinner we would enjoy a short tour of the city via the cab.

All restaurants here open till late.

Just depends whether the one you go too requires advanced bookings.

Here in Las Vegas the city that never sleeps, surprisingly on Monday and Tuesday nights it’s all over by 10pm . Many of the best restaurants need at least 30 days in advance reservations, unless you have a relationship.
