Just measured the Pelican 1750 and it exceeds the United maximum of 62 inches length + height + width. It looks like I may owed another $100 just to get the two friggen rifles in the plane. Grrrrr. There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author | ||

I took one to Namibia last year on Delta/Air Namibia. I think they make exceptions for gun cases because I did not have to pay excess baggage fees. | |||
