Flying to Jo'burg next Wed (17th) on Delta for my fourth hunt with the Intrepid Safari team in Limpopo, a short walk to Botswana.
Trying out the new "comfort" cheap seats...I'll be fortifying myself with ale close to the gate...you can buy me one.

My daughter and I used Economy Comfort. It only cost me $60 because of my SkyMiles account.

I was able to use the electrical power outlet for my sleep apnea machine and get a good 8 to 10 hours of relatively uninterrupted sleep and even recharge some battery powered electronics.

The extra foot room and recline really made a difference for me too. That said, if you can get on Row 31, you have the recline, the power and also can actually get up (if you are in an interior seat) and get to the head without bothering anyone.

Have a great trip!

JudgeG ... just counting time 'til I am again finding balm in Gilead chilled out somewhere in the Selous.

What JudgeG said. My son and I just got back from Zim, yesterday. We were able to get row 31 both ways[bulkhead seats]. With my son's platinum status, there was no upcharge for the seats.

Mad Dog,

You returned from Zim and responded to this thread. BAD DOG, you should be writing a report as the rumors we heard were pretty good. Smiler
