Wife and I are headed to RSA on June 1 for plains game and DG. I am getting ready fill out the SAPS520 form. Can I fill out the form, or since we are each bringing two rifle, does my wife need to fill out a separate form for her rifles. Each of us will be taking a 375 H&H, and a 300 WSM. I have the 4457 for each rifle.

You definitely need two separate SAPS520 forms.
You can't import two firearms of the same calibre on one SAPS 520.
So yes your wife will need to apply as well.

Do yourself a favor, get/make a half dozen copies of your 4457, get them notarized, and stick them in a folder or binder. You'll be surprised how many people "require" a copy of your 4457.

When you get them notarized, have them stamped and pressed with the embossing stamp as well, seems to be good mojo in certain locales.
