I feel like a mule at this point. Already taking a camera, and jacket over. Now have a request from a PH to bring his gun stock. I will fly Delta to Joe-Burg overnight and then SA to Zambia. I don't mind bringing it if it is legal. Can I hear from the panel of experts? NRA LIFE MEMBER DU DIAMOND SPONSOR IN PERPETUITY DALLAS SAFARI CLUB LIFE MEMBER SCI FOUNDATION MEMBER

It would be a prickly customs agent indeed who cared about the extra stock. George

I think you'll find they'll consider it as nothing more than a piece of wood or plastic so shouldn't be a problem.

I have taken a couple over. No problems. STAY IN THE FIGHT!

Did you carry them in your rifle case or in your other checked baggage? A friend has also asked me to bring over a stock to replace his busted one. I was concerned that if I carry it in my checked baggage when they xray it, it might raise a red flag and cause me some problems. Good Hunting,
