Anyone familiar with it? Difficulty with getting to town, food and drink, any in house entertainment or activities (particularly for a lady new to Africa.

I've always stayed a part of my Vic Falls visits at the Victoria Falls Hotel, but A'zambezi was recommended and just want a few opinions, please. This will be three days, pre-safari, btw. Mid-August is the time frame.

Nice enough place.
After my flight to Harare turned to sh*t we had to stay there another night.
They were having a local wedding there and were all booked up. With a little begging they found us a room and invited us to the wedding.
They have a nice pool and the grounds overlook the river. Food was good also.
