Go to Radioshack. They carry one that has several adaptors to fit almost all countries. The box will tell you for sure which type fits which country. If they don't have one is stock they can orderr it for you and deliver to your door. The one we got there worked fine in South Africa lst year.

We're headed out on the 14th from Las Vegas to Atlanta and on to Joburg all via Delta. We bought a converter in South Africa that has worked great. I think it was about $9 USD.
As Andrew said, check with you PH. Years ago this was a genuine concern when making the trip over, but now most all camp are familiar with and have the neccessary adaptors in their camps. If you want to take one anyway, most all of the electronic stores have a variety pack that runs the gauntlet for most all Countries in the World.

Namibia uses the three large round pin style arranged in a triangle. If you'll check your equipment, you probably only need a plug converter, not a voltage converter. Most cameras, radios, computers, phones, etc. are made to charge on voltage anywhere from 100-250 VAC. Namibia's standard is 240VAC.
BUT, be sure to take along the standard auto cigar lighter plug for your equipment. Your best opportunity for charging small appliances is likely to be while riding in an auto or truck with what has become the world-wide standard, a 12VDC negative ground auto system.

I got one a Radio Shack about 15 years ago. It is going strong still. I used it last week in South America.
I have another device that has the plugs for all countries in one device. It's design is clever and it is easy to use. Best of all it is one piece. Of course, it still has to be plugged into a converter.
look at your power supply for your camera,, if it says 110 to 240 volts,,, 50-60 hertz,,,, all you need is the plug adapter,,, if it is an older model and it only has 60 hertz and 110 volts,, you have to have the "power converter" or you will fry your stuff. like all said,, Radio shack, etc all sell them, and as was mentioned, if possible take a cigarette plug in adapter,, you can charge when in the truck driving around...
you can make more money, you can not make more time
