One of our members from AR had to have this painting and was sold to him on the agreement that a limited print would be made.

It will now reside in Texas.

Great news and I’m sure that will be enough to pay for your Amit poaching in the area. Cheers to you both!

That's an excellent work. I much prefer paintings with emotion and not so much the ones that look like photographs.

I prefer paintings that look like photographs, but one done with emotion, detail, depth and contrast is awesome.

Thing to remember is, buy the print because you like the painting, not as an investment. Wink

My parents used to buy a lot of paintings in the old days, then we had a mold issue with a house in Montana, and all of it got destroyed.

They are currently buying the kind of crap art that people sell at garage sales. Dumpster fire modern western type stuff. Or modern tribal.

Not sure why.

The taste in art is in the eye of the beholder, and what is art to one person is junk to another. In my case there are some paintings that sell for thousands of dollars, that I wouldn't walk across the street to pick it up if it was free, and some that others do not like that I would break the bank to buy!
All art is made in the sole of the painter! Buy it if you like it, and pass on it if you don't. It's all from the artist's heart!
