The problem is an aluminum follower in a stamped stainless magazine box. I would like to hard anodize, but with time constraints on a booked hut, any recommended lube product?

Maybe a dry film lubricant?

Chain lube might work in a pinch.

Thanks, Butch. May take you up on that, but just got into the other two rifles and ran into more issues that I just might throw in the towel

I suspect one can get away with it without any lube or grease that collects dust and grit, until after the hunt and then fix it..It should still feed and function perfectly just a little bit rough or whatever, correct Duane or not ??
