2. safari three leaf sight on rib?
3. using a DWM 1909 Modelo Argentino action?
4. putting on a used Swarovski Nova 1.4-4.5 scope?
5. in quality quick release rings?
6. having action "lapped" ?(I don't know what that is)
7. installing a good trigger?

and , how much does each of the 7 add to the actual worth of the rifle?

I suggest you go to various rifle builders websites such as Duane's, Roger Green's, maybe others in the ACGG website for a rough idea for quality work.
