He's retired (back problems). His shop closed up 3 years ago. He did metal and wood including checkering. Pieces show up from time to time on GI.

He's not a computer guy.

Damn that's a gorgeous rifle. Mr. Beitzinger was a very talented gun maker!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Some fine work I believe too. LOP a bit long for me and I may try to get it scaled back a bit.

Beautiful rifle, he sure has his own style when it comes to the cheek piece.
The late Master engraver from Belgium, Gino Cargnel has done some exquisite work on full customs.
A good friend has a few shotguns and rifles by him. True works of art.

I spoke to Gino's son Rudy a few years back, mostly on the engravers forum. He was collecting pictures of his dads work.
He has a nice story about meeting Tom Selleck when he was young. (Tom has a few Winchesters engraved by Gino)

Rich thanks for the input. Pm me Rudy’s contact info. I will send him some photos, especially of a one of a kind Win. 42 that has the Cinderalla theme engraved with the dwarfs in gold and a Parker Invincible that is to die for.
