Or peruse this board, tons of info.

Like all other threads in this regard, you'd be better off letting all know where your interests lie & how much dough you wanna spend

There are a few smiths that specialize in lightweight rifles as you are asking about. One of the best happens to live not too far from me and really does a great job with light super accurate hunting rifles as his specialty. He can furnish you with many great references, he also happens to build rifles for the Sheep Foundation every year for there auctions/raffles.
Give him a call he is a great guy and let him know where you got the reference.

Mark Penrod comes to mind. But seriously I would build one and use the heck out of it for a year or so and figure out what you do or don't like about it before you commission a second rifle.

Gary Stiles from Indiana PA has done some great work for me and others here at AR. I would give him a look.

Jim Kobe has made a number of custom rifles of many calibers from .17 Rem to 338 Win mag. Most recently, last week, he finished the latest. It's a 20 VarTarg on a Sako action, Lilja barrel and McMillan stock. I shot it yesterday and today and without yet working up any loads, it's a 3/4" five shot at 100 yards gun. I might get it better with load development.
I highly recommend his work.

I used to own the 8th rifle Kevin Weaver ever built. It was a 270 AI on a Mauser action. He was just getting started out then.
